We are seeking energetic, guest driven, result oriented, people developers and inspiring fast food/casual restaurant leaders for multiple locations in the San Jose and East Bay to take full charge of the entire day-to-day operations of the store.
Offering a starting salary of $50K - $55K base Salary (calculated on hourly basis for 45 Hours work week) depending on experience, with overtime eligibility. Full benefits package and paid time off, also provided.

- People Development – Create an environment in which people can flourish. Hiring, training, performance reviews and retention programs.
- Guest Experience – Continuous focus on guest total experiences. Community involvement, clean environment, quality product, and Friendly service with speed.
- Self-Accountability - To lead a restaurant according to Togo’s operating standards, recipes, food safety controls, ingredients and inventory management.
- Managing vendors’ relationship
- Meet financial goals.
- 3+ years of quick service, fast-casual or retail supervisor/shift lead experience
- Will consider new college graduates with no experience
