\nWe are seeking energetic\, guest driven\, result oriented\, people developers and inspiring fast food/casual restaurant leaders for multiple locations in the San Jose and East Bay to take full charge of the entire day-to-day operations of the store.
\nOffering a starting salary of $50K - $55K base Salary (calculated on hourly basis for 45 Hours work week) depending on experience\, with overtime eligibility. Full benefits package and paid time off\, also provided.
\nResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:\n\n

People Development &ndash\; Create an environment in which people can flourish. Hiring\, training\, performance reviews and retention programs.
Guest Experience &ndash\; Continuous focus on guest total experiences. Community involvement\, clean environment\, quality product\, and Friendly service with speed.
Self-Accountability - To lead a restaurant according to Togo&rsquo\;s operating standards\, recipes\, food safety controls\, ingredients and inventory management.
Managing vendors&rsquo\; relationship
Meet financial goals.

\n Qualifications:\n\n

3+ years of quick service\, fast-casual or retail supervisor/shift lead experience
Will consider new college graduates with no experience
