Please join the Oakland Metro Chamber’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program Showcase, featuring panelists from JP Morgan Chase, Sensiba San Filippo, and Salesforce for an engaging in-person discussion facilitated by Ken Maxey, The Oakland Chamber’s DEI Committee Chair and Comcast’s Director of Government Affairs. Learn about leading DEI programs and best practices from a cross-section of Oakland companies - from program inception to implementation. Attendees will not only learn firsthand about successful DEI program implementation but leave with the tools and resources to strengthen the DEI initiatives for your company or organization. Guests are invited to arrive early to enjoy wine tasting from 4:00-4:30pm. The tasting will be led by Wine Noire, a valued Chamber member, and BIPOC and Women-Owned wine brokerage and online wine shop. In exciting news, Wine Noire is expanding to Downtown Oakland with Coco Noire Wine Shop & Bar opening soon at 360 13th Street. Her shop will showcase wines offered by BIPOC, POC, Women, and other diverse winemakers, in addition to serving selling beer, nonalcoholic beverages, and small tapas bites by BIPOC, POC, and Women companies.
