Founder/Principal Stacey Smith, MBA, leads all projects, bringing 25+ years of experience helping organizations to build capacity and resiliency.. She is also known for her ability to plan and facilitate inclusive in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings for groups of all sizes. Stacey is an author, speaker, and life-long volunteer who champions cross-sector collaboration through her work with the Chamber and other professional organizations. SKS Consulting proudly gives back time and money to communities where it does business through its social impact program. Stacey also serves as Co-Chair of the Chamber's Community Impact Committee.
