We work with organizations of all sizes and at all stages of development. Clients represent a variety of fields including education, the arts, services for older adults and individuals with disabilities, workforce development, journalism, social justice, the environment, and healthcare.
Founder/Principal Stacey Smith, MBA, leads all projects, bringing 25+ years of experience helping organizations to build capacity and resiliency.. She is also known for her ability to plan and facilitate inclusive in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings for groups of all sizes. Stacey is also an author, speaker, and life-long volunteer who champions cross-sector collaboration through her work with the Chamber and other professional organizations.
SKS Consulting proudly gives back time and money to communities where it does business through its social impact program.
Rep/Contact Info
Stacey is a member of the Chamber's Community Impact Committee. She also sits on the Board of the League of Women Voters of Oakland and serves as Co-Chair of the League's Volunteer Development Committee. In her free time, she is attempting to see all the U.S. National Parks.
