The 7th Annual Whitney M. Young, Jr. Service Award Dinner recognizes individuals and companies that helped to provide positive programs for young people in Oakland. 2009 Honorees will be James haskell Mayo, II(United Negro College Fund), Bree Bowman(AT&T), the Achieve Organization, Dr. Washington Burns,McClymonds High School and Phippip Okada.
