Social Media and the Workplace
NLRB Regional Director, Oakland Region, Mr. William Baudler will discuss recent NLRB rulings on employee terminations for social media activity and what the NLRB has determined are acceptable social media policies upon reviews of policies in place at companies such as Costco and Walmart.
