Gail Nott is a Social Media Strategist with Nott Ltd Social Media and a Referral Marketing Consultant with Referral Institute Oakland. For the past six years, she has specialized in "done-for-you" social media campaigns for local, growing businesses. She is the co-author of the book, Make Your Connections Count. She earned her certificate in Advanced SEO from the Bay Area Search Engine Academy, and she is a two-time award winner from Constant Contact for best practices in email marketing. As an Oakland Chamber Ambassador, Gail believes that word-of-mouth marketing, strengthens local businesses today, and for generations to come.

Every month, the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce aims to host a Small Business Resource Lunch event for our members and their employees.  Topics are based on our members’ needs and desires for further awareness and education.

Topics will range from Social Media to Retirement Plans for Small Business to Referral Marketing and Sales.
