Join Rosenblum Cellars as we welcome our Chef of the Month, Chef Michelle Wilson. Michele Wilson is a self-taught Chef and a testament to creating the life you want! Michele has over 20 years in this industry as a Chef, Restaurateur, Culinary Instructor and Live Demo Specialist. Michele’s restaurant Gussie’s Southern Table and Bar is expected to open in downtown Oakland in Spring 2018. Her restaurant will feature some of her favorite Southern specialties elevated with a Californian touch and Southern hospitality.
