Peralta Hacienda Historical Park: Latinx American Culture Festival

Celebrate the many Latinx cultures of the Fruitvale neighborhood at the Latinx American Culture Festival. Bring your dancing shoes, big appetites, and love of car art! The festival celebrates the blend of indigenous and incoming cultures that has made Fruitvale—and all of California—the cultural mix it is today. Festival highlights include a Car Art Show, traditional games for kids and fun hands-on activities about the Ohlone residents and Mexican settlers, dance performance and social dancing, delicious foods, films, Latin American arts and crafts, community resource booths, and a cooking demonstration!
