Please join Oakland Chamber Young Professionals for this workshop to learn the art and science of negotiation. Through this workshop you will gain the basic necessary skills to negotiate a salary during a job interview or when seeking a promotion at work.
You will have an opportunity to apply the skills learned through various interactive activities during the session.

Carlos J. Alarcon has over thirty years of successful business experience in mediation, negotiation and risk management. He has focused on the energy, government, and financial services sectors, practicing both in for-profit-and not-for-profit organizations.

Mr. Alarcon interfaces well with diverse groups offering outstanding analytical, negotiating, and problem solving skills. He has a unique ability to provide and implement effective methodologies and solution processes.
