Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir at the Cathedral of Christ the Light Friday, Feb. 8

Oakland’s own interfaith gospel choir, under the leadership of Artistic Director Terrance Kelly, performs traditional and contemporary Black gospel music and spirituals.  Don’t miss the return of this popular group to the Cathedral on Friday, February 8 at 8:00 pm.  The concert will also feature combined choirs from throughout the diocese of Oakland.  Complimentary reception following concert.

This event is part of the Lux Gloriosa series, celebrating the glorious light of the Cathedral of Christ the Light.  This year is the fifth anniversary of the Cathedral, still the newest Catholic cathedral in the world.

The Cathedral of Christ the Light is located at 2121 Harrison Street, Oakland, on the shores of Lake Merritt.
