Oakland City Center's popular noontime free concert series continues with a celebration of St. Patrick's Day. Tipsy House has built a reputation in the Bay Area for their love of and commitment to traditional Irish music. What better a day than St. Patty's to enjoy this trio as they create a bit of Irish magic on the Plaza.
