Yet in the current environment and for the near term, nonprofit boards face many challenges and uncertainties. How can organizations best recruit and retain capable board members and keep them engaged? How can businesses best encourage employees to be active participants in their community by serving on boards? How can businesses and nonprofits best work together to forge boards with the right set of skills and dedication to accomplish great things?
