Michelle Lenahan has made a career out of her passion for real estate. As a 5th generation resident in Contra Costa County and a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, she entered the work force in 1990 when jobs were not abundant. She accepted a position with a real estate firm in San Francisco and 18 years later has held positions as a Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Escrow Assistant, Account Executive for a Title Company, Wholesale Lender Representative, and most recently as an Executive Sales Representative for the REO Department of Fidelity National Title.
Michelle has seen many real estate markets. She knows that this market is all about timing, marketable skills and leveraging the right contacts to achieve success. In the current market that is plagued by unprecedented economic conditions there are still numerous opportunities. In the most recent real estate market a lot of people made a lot of money but in this market she know that fortunes will be made.
Professionally Michelle has earned numerous sales awards and has been the Affiliate of the Year for the Delta Association of Realtors.
