Office of Mayor Ronald V. Dellums, the City of Oakland Housing & Community Development, Lenders & NID-Housing Counseling Agency will assist Oakland area homeowners having difficulty maintaining their mortgage payments at this FREE Making Your Home Affordable clinic. Oakland homeowners can get advice and assistance from HUD-approved housing counselors and home mortgage lenders to assit families impacted by the current mortgage crisis. Learn: how to: overcome difficulties with refinancing; maintain monthly mortgage payments; modify unaffordable payments and cure mortgage delinquencies.
