Featured speaker: Jean Quan, City Council District 4
Councilmember Jean Quan joins Inside Oakland this month to discuss issues in her district and citywide. A former member of the Oakland School Board, Ms. Quan was elected to City Council in 2002 and re-elected in 2006 to represent the north-central hills. She is Chair of the Council's Finance and Management Committee.
Join Chamber members as Ms. Quan discusses local and state budget matters and how they are affecting businesses and residents alike.
