Keynote speaker Cupid Alexander, Director of Oakland's Homelessness Department, will share the City's vision, priorities, and strategies for creating lasting pathways to housing and improving outcomes for residents. The conversation will also feature Jonathan Russell, Director of Alameda County Health Housing & Homelessness Services. Russell leads the County's coordinated efforts to strengthen the housing and homelessness response system through regional partnerships, strategic planning, and innovative solutions. Together, these leaders will discuss the critical role of city-county collaboration in addressing one of the region's most pressing challenges.
