Give Children The World

4C's of Alameda County, Assemblymember Sandrè Swanson and The Honorable Ron Dellums, Mayor of Oakland, invites you to join us for the Give Children the World Dinner/Auction. While giving back to the community, guests can enjoy and explore destinations in the world through world cuisine, music and cultural performances. The evening will include a reception with exquisite hors d'oeuvres, a silent auction of world travel and artifacts, dinner with community, civic and business leaders and lastly a special presentation honoring the life and work of Tenna Land-Moore, late Executive Director of 4C's. Our challenge is that 145 children stand to lose the very space where they explore, learn, and grow. 4C's Child Development Center in West Oakland is a trusted and reliable provider of full day early care, education and nutrition. After serving 1200 children over 20 years it will have to close its doors. Guests can make a difference where it counts most - in the lives of young children. By supporting this cause-worthy event we can give children the best start in life; starting with 4C's. Be our guest. Be a child's hero.
