Ecstatic Dance
Join us for a morning of free form dance, where the only rule is no talking on the dance floor! Free yoga starts the day, then we dance to the bash beats of dj Sol Rising. We finish the day with a live music sound healing and meditation. Start your week off right and do something good for yourself. Children under 16 are free with a guardian.
