May Program
The Alameda County Transportation Expenditure Plan
A presentation by Alameda County Transportation Commission &
A panel discussion with the Port and City of Oakland, BART and AC Transit.
Join us for the May Economic Development Forum with Alameda County Transportation Commission who will brief us on the Alameda County Transportation Expenditure Plan.
This year the Alameda County Transportation Commission unanimously approved the 2014 Transportation Expenditure Plan, which responds to the county’s continued transportation needs and will be funded by a measure expected to come before voters on the November 2014 ballot. This ballot measure would generate nearly $8 billion over 30 years for essential transportation improvements in every city throughout Alameda County.
Special guests from the City and Port of Oakland, BART and AC Transit will also join us to explain the impact that Transportation Expenditure Plan (TEP) will have on their respective agencies.
With:
Matt Davis, Port of Oakland
Rachel Flynn, City of Oakland
Rodd Lee, BART
Beverly Greene, AC Transit
Come for a great discussion!
