East Bay Women in Business Roundtable invites you to our kick-off of our 2014 Luncheon speaker series “Rising to the Top” . We are delighted to welcome Deborah Merrill-Sands, Dean of the Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business at Mills College in Oakland, one of the most well known socially responsible business schools in the Bay Area.
She previously served as the Co-Director and Co-Founder of the Center for Gender in Organizations as well as Associate Dean and the Dean of the School of Management at Simmons College in Boston, MA. Additionally, Dean Merrill-Sands also holds a doctorate in anthropology from Cornell University. With this background, she will reach into her vast research and experience to engage, inform and inspire us on the topic: “Women in Leadership – What Does Gender Have to Do With It?” You won’t want to miss it!
