Because contemporary Western society has a great aversion to death, it is often difficult to find the support and guidance essential to coping with the passing of someone close. In this workshop, grief gets center stage. Grief Transformation Coach and Filmmaker Dr. Michelle Peticolas will share her film, The Heart of Grieving and lead the group in an exploration of the arduous and at times ecstatic journey of grief and loss. There will be space to share your own story and listen to the stories of others. We will look at the fears, the challenges, the insights and the gifts that can accompany loss.
