From Butting Heads To Bonding Hearts: Compassionate Communication Across Generations
Are you facing challenging conversations and difficult decisions about you or your loved ones’ future that bring up strong and often uncomfortable emotions? Would you like to talk to your spouse, adult children, grandchildren or friends about life transitions, but don’t feel heard and understood? Or are you helping older family members, friends or clients navigate the challenges of later life and find it difficult to communicate and reach agreements about their plans for the future? Whether you are facing transitions in your own life or are a family member, friend, neighbour, or caregiver: This workshop will help you create heart-to-heart connections with others and build mutual understanding and support during challenging conversations about changing life stages. You can practice how to address sensitive subjects with your loved ones with compassion and receive tools that you can share with others.
