FUTURE-PROOF YOUR PARTNERSHIPS:  Navigating the New World of Business–Nonprofit Alliances
 

For the past two years, the Oakland Chamber of Commerce has been bringing nonprofit and for-profit businesses together to help them build powerful and productive partnerships in the challenging environment set by the Covid Pandemic.

Now, it is time to focus on the future.

As organizations continue to face varying degrees of uncertainty, we must find new ways to sustain our shared community through partnerships. This workshop will assist participants in mapping plans for moving forward together in a constantly evolving world.

In both full and small group discussions, you will:

•     Explore the successes, benefits, and best practices that have enabled organizations to move in positive directions.

•     Discover how to apply those lessons to designing agile, resilient partnerships that can thrive in the “new normal.”

•     Connect with others who have similar goals and can join you in mutually supportive efforts to achieve them.
