Across sectors, dozens of community groups, governmental agencies, philanthropists, policy experts, and businesses are striving to create solutions to Oakland's homelessness crisis.
What business-nonprofit partnership models are proven successful? How might we better support temporary housing solutions and effective mental health (including substance abuse) and related services? What policies might be changed or adopted? How might we better unite our various strategies to leverage our community's resources? How might we increase funding for those efforts that can move the needle forward now?
