Cantare Con Vivo: In the Beginning

The Cantare Chamber Ensemble will present Copland's stirring cantata, In the Beginning, Debussy's Trois Chansons and Durufle's four modest sets to Gregorian themes, plus two African American spirituals arranged by Moses Hogan. Joining us for these two performances will be the Campolindo High School Chamber Singers from Moraga. Under the direction of conductor Mark Roberts CHS will perform Donato's Chi la Gagliarda, Debussy's Beau Soir,and Esenvalds' In My Little Picture Frame. Together both of the choirs will join to present Joyful,Joyful, from Sister Act 2-Back in the Habit.
