Morning Session:

Instructors will outline the importance of bank financing options in cash flow management for small businesses.  Our experts will discuss the components of business, the importance and purpose of bookkeeping, budgeting and financial reports, accounting and bookkeeping terminology.

Topics include:

• Lines of credit vs. business loans
• Cash vs. accrual accounting
• Proper accounting data flow processes
• Accounting records & files
• Chart of accounts
• Purpose of different financial reports Industry ratios, budget variances, trends, and more

Afternoon Session:

1:00pm—5:00pm

Attendees will learn the use of budgeting, statement of cash flows, and cash flow forecasting to track and project   future monthly cash needs.  As well as how to avoid   excessive tax penalties and reduce your small business’ taxes, as well as understand many of the taxes that affect your business and your profits.
