3rd Annual Bone Health Fair for Adults over 45

Strong Bones for a Healthy Life! Hear the latest on bone health.  Learn about osteoporosis, nutrition for bone health, bone loss, fracture risk, and bone healthy eating from Dr. Risa Kagan, MD, CCD.  She is an active practitioner experienced in bone health issues.  There will also be a special presentation on Bone Healthy Eating from Ruby Beaupre, Nutrition Specialist from Whole Foods.  Lunch will be served.  After lunch there will be several free screenings, including bone health consultations, posture, balance and strength screenings, and calcium and Vitamin D screenings.
