Since our inception in December 2011 we have educated thousands on this issue\, implemented a 12 step program for victims and located 5 missing and exploited children. We are now in the process of planning a 5k March to rally against human trafficking and raise awareness about this crime against humanity. \nOur partners in this march are Californians Against Slavery who have spearheaded the Californians Against Sexual Exploitation (CASE) Act \, a ballot initiative created to fight human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of women and children. This Act\, increases penalties against human traffickers\, requires those convicted to register as sex offenders and disclose Internet accounts\, and uses the fines taken from convicted traffickers to pay for victim services.\n\n\n\nOur event includes entertainment\, exhibits\, food\, prizes\, live music\, speakers & a rally. \n\n\n\n !--[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]-- !--[endif]-- X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:
