DESCRIPTION:"Flourish Oakland" will be an evening of fine food\, wine\, signature cocktails sponsored by Strip And Go Bare\, artists in action\, a raffle\, performances by Oakland Ballet Company's dancers\, and a silent auction of works by both local and nationally-renowned artists.\n	\n		All the works for sale have been illustrated and listed at Oaklandartmurmur.org/flourishauction. Tickets are still available to the event\, and absentee bidding forms are available for collectors who can't attend the benefit but would still like to participate.\n	\n		 \n	\n		Oakland Art Murmur Board President Danielle Fox says\, "We are committed both to growing Oakland's reputation as a contemporary arts destination nationally\, and to connecting diverse local communities with the wealth of visual arts in Oakland. We can only do this with the support and participation of local businesses and individuals who care about the visual arts and about Oakland."\n	\n		 \n	\n		Oakland Art Murmur is commonly cited as one of the city's most exciting and vibrant attractions. Affiliated visual art venues showcased over 1100 artists in over 200 exhibitions to an audience of up to 72\,000 visitors last year.
