A graduate of UC Berkeley with a BS and an MA\, Skinner currently serves on eight committees and is chair of the Public Safety Committee and the Public Safety Budget Committee. \n\nAssemblymember Rob Bonta was elected to the California State Assembly's 18th District in 2012 where he became the first Filipino American state legislator in California's then 160-plus-year history. In the State Assembly\, Bonta currently serves as the Assistant Majority Leader. He serves on the Appropriations\, Communications and Conveyance\, Governmental Organization\, and Health Committees.\n\nAssemblymember Buffy Wicks  was elected to the California state Assembly's 15th district in 2018 and re-elected in 2020. Assemblymember Wicks' work in the Assembly focuses on housing\, expanding the social safety net\, protecting consumers' privacy\, and championing the rights of women and working families. She serves on the Budget\, Public Safety\, Banking and Finance\, Privacy and Consumer Protection\, and Rules Committees.
