With more than 20 years of experience in the City of Oakland\, she has supported arts and cultural organizations\, advanced equitable and transparent government practices\, led communications and crisis response efforts\, and championed technology to improve public service delivery. As an early leader at Code for America\, she helped shape the civic technology field in the United States and abroad. She is also an artist\, small business owner\, and one of the organizers behind Oakland's First Friday artwalk\, Art Murmur.\n\nRichard Fuentes served on Mayor Lee's Charter Reform Working Group. He currently serves in the Executive Office of Budget and Performance at Bay Area Rapid Transit\, where he leads federal and state grants advocacy efforts. He also serves on the Executive Board of AFSCME Local 3993. A small business owner in Oakland\, he previously worked for former Oakland Councilmember Ignacio De La Fuente\, bringing strong experience in local governance and community engagement.\n\nThe League of Women Voters of Oakland.
