SUMMARY:East Bay Community Energy's Understanding Your Bill Tour
DESCRIPTION:East Bay Community Energy\, also known as EBCE\, is the new local electricity supplier in Alameda County. EBCE will provide cleaner\, greener energy at competitive rates to our customers.
