SUMMARY:Community Impact Committee: The Power of Partnerships
DESCRIPTION:The Power of Partnerships:\n\nWhy Businesses and Nonprofits Are Better Together\n\n \n\n"If you want to go fast\, go alone.\n\nIf you want to go far\, go together."\n\n\n\nJoin fellow Chamber members for an interactive discussion on how for-profit and nonprofit businesses can create and maintain meaningful and thriving partnerships.\n\nThe double pandemics of COVID-19 and racial injustice have increased the importance of coming together to leverage strategic resources and scale social impact. But how do you identify other businesses with whom you can form productive partnerships? And how can you maximize the benefits of collaboration?\n\n\n\nThis hands-on workshop invites you to explore the ways to build a variety of successful\, mutually beneficial partnerships - whether you are a small to medium-sized business looking to take a manageable step in the social impact space\, or a nonprofit seeking to better align your goals with those of potential business partners. Participants will engage with and learn from each other in strategic breakouts and full group discussion
