DESCRIPTION:Join the Oakland Metro Chamber and our multi-cultural Chamber partners to learn firsthand what financial institutions and community organizations look for when making loans to provide your business with access to capital. This session\, offered for free to all thanks to generous funding from Wells Fargo\, will be an opportunity to hear directly from CDFIs\, traditional banks\, online lending platforms like Kiva and nonprofits like Main Street Launch about increasing and simplifying access to capital for your business. \n\n\n\nThe Access to Capital Panel will also have representation from Wells Fargo's Team Member Network and how they provide support to local business owners. Hear from a panel of experts and high-level advisors from Wells Fargo\, Kiva\, Main Street Launch\, Working Solutions and Community Bank of the Bay. Panel will be facilitated by Barbara Morrison of TMC Capital\, with breakout workshop sessions in English\, Spanish\, Vietnamese\, and Chinese in partnership with the Latino Chamber of Commerce\, the Chinatown Chamber of Commerce and the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce. There will be time for a Q&A session\, so please bring any questions you may have!
